VoiceCode PQRI

CMS Wants to pay you more

If you are not participating in CMS’s Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) because it means adopting a complex coding system and changing your current office workflow, we can help. VoiceCode PQRI can satisfy your requirements under the Alternative Reporting Methods established by CMS in April 2008.

Get paid for asking a few questions

The 2008 Alternative Reporting Methods and Criteria for PQRI requires physicians to track and report data for 30 consecutive patients with one of four conditions: Prevention, Diabetes Mellitus, End Stage Renal Disease, or Chronic Kidney Disease. VoiceCode PQRI presents the relevant condition-based measures to you at the point of care to simplify data collection. All you have to do is ask the next 30 patients 3 to 9 questions to earn an additional 1.5% of your total allowed charges during the reporting period.

Dictate or Enter the Data

Subscribing to VoiceCode PQRI gives you the option to enter data into online forms or simply dictate the data at the time of the patient visit.

Get Started Now

VoiceCode PQRI Registry makes it simple. Regardless of your specialty, the Prevention measure set means you can participate using VoiceCode PQRI Registry. Simply ask 5 to 9 questions of the next 30 patients who walk through your door and are over 50 years with at least two being traditional Medicare Fee-For-Service patients.

Dictate the answers during the office visit, or enter them through our PQRI online form. The system will notify you when your requirement has been met and your data is ready to submit to CMS. Three to nine questions plus 30 consecutive patients equals 1.5% of your total annual Medicare Fee-For-Service reimbursements for 2008.
